    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Mock Sukiyaki&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 pound round steak...THINLY sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tablespoons oil&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 cup celery...sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 medium size green pepper...sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 onion...sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms....&lt;STRONG&gt;drained&lt;/STRONG&gt; (or use 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup green onion...sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tablespoon soy sauce&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tablespoons cornstarch&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 cup water&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 cups hot cooked rice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Brown beef in oil. Add vegetables, beef broth and soy sauce. Cover. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or til vegetables are just tender. Stir often. Combine cornstarch and water. Add to meat mixture and stir til thickened. Serve over hot cooked rice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
