      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I live alone and have 2,&amp;nbsp; 6 qt pressure cookers, including an Instant Pot.&amp;nbsp; I've been cooking a long time but don't especially like it so I've always made enough to freeze for later meals.&amp;nbsp; Pressure cooking is fast and easy with minimal mess and tasty results.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the Instant Pot is worth it. I have had a stove top pressure cooker which I still use, but I like that I can make soups and stews in the Instant Pot. While folks use it for yogurt and other things, I haven't. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Congratulations on your new grill. I would recommend the Cooks Illustated Guide to Grilling and Barbecue a great reference for recipes and techniques. I got mine used on Amazon for less than $20.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is how I wrote it down, so I'm not sure if it is exactly&amp;nbsp;like Ina's. The amounts can be adjusted for less people, I like to use wild caught Gulf shrimp. Also, instead of wood skewers, I use the two-pronged metal skewer's similar to those offered in the past by Meredith.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grilled Herb Shrimp&lt;BR /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;BR /&gt;2 pounds large shrimp (16-20 per pound, or count)&lt;BR /&gt;1 medium yellow onion, small-diced&lt;BR /&gt;3 cloves garlic – minced or put through a press&lt;BR /&gt;¼ cup minced fresh parsley&lt;BR /&gt;¼ cup minced fresh basil&lt;BR /&gt;1 teaspoon dry mustard&lt;BR /&gt;2 teaspoons Dijon mustard&lt;BR /&gt;2 teaspoons kosher salt&lt;BR /&gt;½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper&lt;BR /&gt;¼ cup good olive oil&lt;BR /&gt;1 lemon, juiced&lt;BR /&gt;Directions:&lt;BR /&gt;Combine all the ingredients and allow them to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day. Really, 1 or 2 hours is fine.&lt;BR /&gt;Soak your wood skewers in water for at least one half hour just prior to grilling.&lt;BR /&gt;Skewer the shrimp. I use 3 to 4 shrimp on a 12-inch skewer for dinner. I like to pick off the pieces of garlic before grilling, because the garlic gets bitter when it is burned. Heat a grill with coals and brush the grill with oil (if desired) to prevent the shrimp from sticking. Grill the shrimp for only 1 and ½ minutes on each side&lt;/P&gt;</description>
