    <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course you could use any flavor of Jello and any kind of fruit...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Jello Poke Cupcakes&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;IMG src="http://www.cafezupas.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/jello_poke_cupcake.jpg" alt="[image] " /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Start with a white cake mix or your favorite white cake recipe. Make the mix into cupcakes. Cool completely.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Once cool, poke holes in each cupcake with chopsticks, a kebab stick, a sucker stick – anything small works here!&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Mix a 3-oz. package of strawberry or cherry jello into 1 cup of boiling water. Pour the mixture into the holes of the cupcakes.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Refrigerate for 2 hours.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Mix one small container of whipped topping with 1 package of instant white chocolate pudding. Top each cupcake with the whipped topping mixture. Top with a few blueberries, and you have a festive (and easy!) cupcake to share and celebrate!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;DIV style="overflow: hidden; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: left; text-decoration: none;"&gt;  &lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
