@hopi The internet says for every 3/4 cup of maple syrup you'll need one cup of honey and 1/2 cup of sugar. I've never tried it, but I'm sure the flavor won't be the same. You might add maple extract to add to the flavor.

I would think YES. Also chocolate or any flavor syrup. It's the liquid content that counts.

Maybe use brown sugar instead of white sugar with the honey and please don't use any extracts---those are gross and have a very off putting flavor----
