    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi GF!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is how I make mine....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Favorite&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Baked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 1/2 pounds ground beef&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3/4 pound bacon..cut into small pieces&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Kidney&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;...drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Butter&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;...drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 cans Pork &amp;amp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 cup catsup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 teaspoons vinegar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;white&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;brown&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup onion...diced small&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brown beef with bacon pieces and onion. Cook til beef is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Drain. Mix together catsup, sugars, mustard, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Stir in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Put into large casserole dish and&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;bake&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;at 350* for 45 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;***My Notes***&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also cook the bacon, beef and onion, then put everything in a large crockpot and cook on low for about 2 1/2 hours. Also... Fix according to your taste by adjusting the amount of mustard, vinegar and sugars you use. This recipe is always a hit and everytime I make it I get requests for the recipe. Great to fix for potlucks and BBQs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can Pork&amp;amp; Beans, about 1/4 cup of dark mollasses , about 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar an a couple of squirts of yellow mustard. stir to blend. Add some cooked crumpled bacon on top when fiinished. Baked all ingredients at 350 for about 35 minutes, stir once&amp;nbsp; half way thru the cooking progress, cool beans for about 10 minutes add cooked crumpled bacon that keeps the bacon crisp.About 1/2 lb. of&amp;nbsp; browned ground chuck, and pork &amp;amp; beans can be substituted for 2 small pork &amp;amp; beans and 1 small can of yelowl lima beans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is my Grandma's recipe that I make to enjoy with barbecued ribs:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 lb dried navy beans&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tbsp baking soda&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6 oz chopped bacon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 yellow onion, chopped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 tbsp dark brown sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 tbsp molasses&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 tsp Dijon mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp cider vinegar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bring 3 quarts water, beans, and baking soda to a boil in a big pot.&amp;nbsp; Reduce heat to medium-high and cook at a strong simmer for 20 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Drain, rinse and set aside in strainer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Heat same pot over medium heat and brown chopped bacon, stirring occasionally.&amp;nbsp; Stir in onion until soft.&amp;nbsp; Drain off bacon grease.&amp;nbsp; Stir in 3 cups water, beans, sugar, 4 tbsp molasses, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tsp mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper and bring to boil.&amp;nbsp; Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove lid and bake for 30 more minutes.&amp;nbsp; Stir in 1 tbsp molasses and 1 tsp mustard. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1 lb dried white beans.&amp;nbsp; I use navy or northern.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put beans in the instant pot with 8 cups of water.&amp;nbsp; Pressure cook for one hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Drain the beans and save the water.&amp;nbsp; In 4 cups of reserved water mix one cup ketchup, a few good sized squirts of mustard 1 cup of brown sugar and a splash of vinegar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mix beans, liquid, chopped onion and raw chopped bacon together in a casserole dish.&amp;nbsp; Bake at 350 for about 3 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi GF!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is how I make mine....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Favorite&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Baked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 1/2 pounds ground beef&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3/4 pound bacon..cut into small pieces&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Kidney&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;...drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Butter&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;...drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 cans Pork &amp;amp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 cup catsup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 teaspoons vinegar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;white&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;brown&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup onion...diced small&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brown beef with bacon pieces and onion. Cook til beef is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Drain. Mix together catsup, sugars, mustard, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Stir in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;beans&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Put into large casserole dish and&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;bake&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;at 350* for 45 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;***My Notes***&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also cook the bacon, beef and onion, then put everything in a large crockpot and cook on low for about 2 1/2 hours. Also... Fix according to your taste by adjusting the amount of mustard, vinegar and sugars you use. This recipe is always a hit and everytime I make it I get requests for the recipe. Great to fix for potlucks and BBQs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
