    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Rice Pudding&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 cups liquid (use milk or half and half..or a combination of both)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 egg   PLUS 2 egg yolks...beaten&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup cooked rice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup raisins&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Heat oven to 350*. In a bowl, combine liquid, eggs, rice, sugar, raisins and vanilla. Pour into lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on the top. Place casserole in a large baking pan. Fill the pan with boiling water. Put enough boiling water in the pan to reach halfway up the side of the casserole dish. Bake 60-70 minutes or til a knife inserted an inch from the edge comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with half and half. This serves 4-6.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
