      <title>Puerto Rican food question</title>

      <description>I saw a video clip of a bakery in PR making quesitos. Pronounced (kay-see-toes). Is the dough a yeast dough? It had a cream cheese/sugar filling. It was baked, then brushed with a honey syrup. Sure looked good.</description>

Discard.&lt;SPAN&gt;With a fork stir egg white until foamy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV class="wprm-spacer"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Brush egg white on prepared quesitos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until puffy, flaky and golden brown.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV class="wprm-spacer"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let quesitos cool a little bit if you like and then dust with powered sugar.
