Put one can of sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, microwave for 2 mins to get it hot. Pour over 3 cups of milk chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add 1 tbs vanilla. Pour in a greased pan until it is cool and firm. I do not put the chips in the microwave because I have burned so many batches. I find this works best.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
