      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am pescatarian, and eat fruits and veggies daily, with seafood occasionally for added protein. Salads in some form are on the menu daily. The type of cauliflower you referred to is called cauliflower rice. It is chopped that way to make cauliflower more versatile.
