Good to know the cookbook is worth it. I buy IP cookbooks and am usually disapointed. Her book doesn't show on the listings, so maybe they're waiting for it to be back in stock. I'll keep checking Q and Amazon (who usually has cheaper prices). Do post back when you cook from the cookbook. FYI -- I'm one who has cooked from the stovetop jiggler type of PC, electric ones and even have an 8 qt. IP, but today I broke down and bought a 6 qt. IP with the sous vide (sp?) feature. Costco has it for $69 and free shipping and I could not resist. It's coming Wednesday. and all the "hearts" you give some of my posts.

Also thank you for the hearts you've given some of my postings. I appreciate each and every one of them.

When any of you get the Lisa Brady Instant Pot cookbook would you take a few minutes to give us opinions of it. I wanted to order, but it was sold out, then it was available Monday and Tuesday it was unavailable again. Hoping Amazon has it available for sale soon. I'm sure it'll be cheaper.
