    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do, but the problem its just a protein and veggie filled&amp;nbsp; scrambled egg omelet...the problem with the egg foo young isfinding a sauce that dioes not taste bland or yucky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My mother always used bean sprouts, chopped onions and chopped green peppers.&amp;nbsp; Mix into beaten eggs and pour into heated pan.&amp;nbsp; I've never done anything else, but it would be easy to add chopped meat of some sort.&amp;nbsp; I forgot, mix in soy sauce.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic" size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/213971"&gt;@humpys mom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23294"&gt;@HowsYerMommaAnEm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Here are two approximations of the brown sauce that is served in the restaurants.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic" size="3"&gt;1/2 cup water, 2 Tbsp dry sherry, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsps cornstarch. &amp;nbsp;Cook until reduced to the desired thick consistency.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic" size="3"&gt;Another one I have used is vegetable or beef stock, oyster sauce, and a little cornstarch and some water. &amp;nbsp;Again, heat as above.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
