    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1 pound bone in chicken thighs, skinless&lt;BR /&gt;1/3 cup hoisin sauce&lt;BR /&gt;1 clove garlic, minced&lt;BR /&gt;3 T low sodium soy sauce&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 chopped scallions (white part only)&lt;BR /&gt;1/8 t cayenne pepper&lt;BR /&gt;2 T rice wine (mirin) or sherry&lt;BR /&gt;green part of scallions chopped for garnish&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Preheat oven to 425 degrees.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;In a large measuring cup mix together all ingredients except chicken and chopped green scallions.&amp;nbsp; Add to a bowl with chicken thighs. Coat thighs.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Place chicken in a baking dish that you have lined with foil and lightly greased.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Cook for 20-25 minutes, uncovered, until cooked through.&amp;nbsp; Remove baking dish and cover with foil to rest for 10 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Serve garnished with green scallions.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I can't usually find bone-in skinless thighs but the skin is easy to pull off and I trim off the extra fat also.&amp;nbsp; Be sure to line the pan with foil because of the sugar in the hoisin sauce it took three days for me to the get my baking pan clean!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
