    <description>&lt;P&gt;I make a slightly spicier version of this recipe:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 cups frozen corn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tbsp butter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tbsp vegetable oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup mayonnaise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup sour cream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp lime juice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp chili powder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp kosher salt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp ground cumin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/8 tsp paprika (I use smoked)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Heat butter and oil in skillet.&amp;nbsp; Cook corn in single layer for 2 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Cook 2 more minutes, stirring until golden and sizzling. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whisk mayo, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, cumin, paprika, and some freshly-ground pepper together in serving bowl.&amp;nbsp; Stir in corn.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle feta on top.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1/4 c sour chream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 t whole milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 to 3 t ranchseasoning mix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 c melted butter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 c grated parm cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 t chilli powder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mix sour cream, milk and ranch mix together, set aside.&amp;nbsp; mix butter, parm and seasonings together.&amp;nbsp; cook cook as desired or even grill.&amp;nbsp; top with cream mixture and then dip in cheese mixture&lt;/P&gt;</description>
