    <description>&lt;P&gt;Like the Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce, which is basically parsley, the Peruvian Aji sauce, based on cilantro, is used on meats, fish, and even eaten on a roll.  People seem quite absolute about their like/dislike of cilantro, so this obviously is for cilantro fans only.  It's so good.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Aji Peruvian Hot Sauce&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; 2  bunches cilantro, stems removed &lt;BR /&gt; 1/2  cup olive oil &lt;BR /&gt; 3  jalapenos, quartered &lt;BR /&gt; 1/2  teaspoon salt &lt;BR /&gt; water, as needed &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; In a blender add the cilantro, oil, jalapenos and salt. Pulse, adding water as needed until it’s well blended but not runny.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
