    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Orange-Pineapple Cake&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 box Duncan Hines Orange cake mix&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 small box Instant vanilla pudding&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 small box orange Jello Gelatin&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 c milk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 c oil&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix until combined and pour into 3 - 9 inch prepared cake pans. Bake as directed on the box. Let cool.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Filling&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;12 oz flaked coconut&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 c sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 oz sour cream&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 large can crushed pineapple, drained very well.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix the above and take out 1 cup for the frosting.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Take the remaining filling and put between the cake layers and a little on top. Then frost with the frosting.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Frosting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Take the 1 cup of the filling and mix with 8 oz carton of thawed Cool Whip. Frost the sides and top of the cake. Store in the refrigerator.
