I'm using up one carton, and the second carton hasn't been opened.</P> <P>I'd like a good recipe using cottage cheese in a casserole. In addition to cottage cheese, I have sour cream, grated parmesan, grated cheddar cheese, chicken, hamburger, cans of diced tomatoes, cans of stewed tomatoes, onions, and pasta.</P> <P>Do you have any good recipes with any of these ingredients, without my going to the grocery store for additional ingredients?
