This is pretty easy and enjoyed by all.

4 to 5 pounds of pork back spareribs (2 racks)
2 T garlic powder
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup honey
2 T cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 t black pepper
4 green onion, white and light green only, thinly sliced
1 t sesame seeds

Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut racks into individual ribs and season with the garlic powder. Arrange ribs in single layer in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.

Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, crushed garlic and pepper in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the ribs from oven and drain well. Pour the soy-honey mixture over ribs making sure they are well coated. Return to oven and bake uncovered for another hour - basting well every 10 minutes.

Place on platter. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
