    <description>&lt;P&gt;I love a good baked potato, nice &amp;amp; fluffy on the inside and figured out how to achieve that! This method allows the potato to 'steam' inside, making a nice fluffy baked potato.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Preheat oven to 450 degrees.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Wash &amp;amp; dry potato. If you like the skin soft, coat with olive oil &amp;amp; sprinkle with sea salt, if you like the skin crispy, don't oil the outside.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Do not 'puncture' (can't use the 'usual' word!&lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/laugh.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.laugh}" /&gt;) skin yet!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Remove from oven &amp;amp; reduce oven heat to 350. 'Puncture' top of potato with a fork.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Return to oven and bake 20-30 minutes (depending on size) till done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
