I only have 2) 9" Airbake Round Cake pans. I have scoured the internet and stores and can't find TFAL/Wearever ROUND airbake pans anymore!</P> <P>I was thinking that using a different brand for the third round cake pan might make my layers possibly different? Different pans cook different ways? Do you think I could just buy any 9" round cake pan and use it w/ my Airbakes? Now that I have my Kitchenaid, I am baking from scratch only and wouldn't want the cake to turn out 'ugly'! LOL</P> <P>If you don't think that would work, would you kindly suggest a brand of 9" Round cake pans that you use, love and highly recommend?
