      <title>PIMENTO CHEESE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I had an urge for pimento cheese and I dislike the ready made ones I have tasted because they are too sweet.&amp;nbsp; I gave this a try and I wish I had doubled it!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;8 oz cream cheese, softened&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 cup Best Foods mayo&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 t Worcestershire&amp;nbsp;sauce&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t sugar&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t smoked paprika&lt;BR /&gt;1 t hot sauce (to taste)&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t kosher salt&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t white pepper&lt;BR /&gt;4 oz jar minced pimentos, well drained&lt;BR /&gt;2-1/2 cups coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese (approx 8 oz)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Place first eight ingredients in food processor.&amp;nbsp; Process until smooth scraped down bowl when necessary.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Transfer to bowl and fold in pimentos and grated cheese.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My recipe goes a little heavier on the mayo and doubles the cheddar cheese:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2/3 cup mayonnaise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp softened cream cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp lemon juice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp Worcestershire sauce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp cayenne pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 tsp dry mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 lb shredded sharp cheddar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 oz jar diced pimientos, drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whisk mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire, dry mustard, and cayenne in bowl.&amp;nbsp; Stir in pimientos and cheese.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
