    <description>&lt;P&gt;1 lb creme cheese&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 lb Ricotta&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 lb sour creme&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 C sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 eggs (lightly beaten)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tbsp lemon juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 tbsp flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 tbsp corn starch&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 stick melted butter&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;creme together&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;creme cheese, ricotta - mixing well , add sugar mix, add eggs mix, add lemon juice mix, add vanilla mix, add flour mix, add corn starch mix. make sure u mix after each addition&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;in separate bowl - fold butter and sour creme until one color - add to other ingred and fold together until everything is one color.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;grease SPRING PAN - bake 325 - l hr&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;shut off oven - leave cake in oven 2 hrs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;removed from oven and leave on counter until cool to touch b4 refridgeration&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
