Looks like a new poster -- maybe looking for a way to ask a question of a host and couldn't quite figure out how to post ???? I still remember how lost I felt when I was new here and had never been on this kind of message board.

Do you mean the KitchenAid rep? Her name is Tina Verrelli and she's relatively new. You might have noticed her manner of speaking is similar to the former rep, Laura Weathers.
