    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a keeper.&amp;nbsp; I will enjoy making this and eating it. I don't like BORING&amp;nbsp;meatloaf that's made with beef only.&amp;nbsp; I have&amp;nbsp;always used white bread in my loafs.&amp;nbsp; This sounds great.&amp;nbsp; I don't know why I never thought of using&amp;nbsp;spicy Italian sausage.&amp;nbsp; Duh!&amp;nbsp; Glad you brought this to us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SPICY ITALIAN SAUSAGE MEATLOAF</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This recipe was given to me by a friend quite awhile ago but it has been too hot to turn on the oven!&amp;nbsp; I think she said she got it from Chrissy Teigen's cookbook.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;3 slices white sandwich bread&lt;BR /&gt;1/3 cup whole milk&lt;BR /&gt;1 cup roughly chopped mushrooms&lt;BR /&gt;1 pound hot Italian sausage&lt;BR /&gt;1 pound ground beef&lt;BR /&gt;1 cup finely chopped onions&lt;BR /&gt;1 cup finely grated carrots&lt;BR /&gt;1 large egg&lt;BR /&gt;1 T Worcestershire sauce&lt;BR /&gt;2 t Kosher salt&lt;BR /&gt;1 t red pepper flakes&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 t freshly group black pepper&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 cup ketchup&lt;BR /&gt;2 T brown sugar&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Preheat oven 350 degrees.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;In a food processor process the bread to fine crumbs (1 cup).&amp;nbsp; Transfer to large bowl.&amp;nbsp; Cover with the&amp;nbsp;milk and let soak for 5 minutes.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;In the processor, mince the mushrooms until fine.&amp;nbsp; Add to the bread crumbs along with the sausage, beef, onions, carrots, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.&amp;nbsp; Gently mix with your hands until just combined.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Coat a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.&amp;nbsp; Place the meatloaf mixture in the pan.&amp;nbsp; Stir together the ketchup and brown sugar and coat the top.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Bake until meatloaf is cooked through (about 90 minutes).&amp;nbsp; Let cool slightly before slicing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I really liked this and it is slightly spicy.&amp;nbsp; I always pour off the fat in loaf pan but that is up to you.&amp;nbsp; I am going to cut into 4 sections and freeze three of them.&amp;nbsp; Will heat them up in the microwave when I need them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This immediately caught my eye.&amp;nbsp; The calorie load scares me, but I've got to try it once.&amp;nbsp; We don't care for sweet in our meatloaf, so I would eliminate the sugar and ketchup.&amp;nbsp;I use Panko bread crumbs for all&amp;nbsp;recipes now days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Can't plan on having&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the right bread around here, a Lock &amp;amp; Lock full of Panko is always in the cupboard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
