    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Eggs In Potato Nests&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1  51/2 ounce pkg. hash brown potato mix with onions&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 tablespoons butter...melted&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 egg...beaten&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 tablespoons half and half...&lt;STRONG&gt;OR&lt;/STRONG&gt; milk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Heat oven to 400*. Put potatoes in bowl and cover them with VERY hot water.  Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Toss potatoes with butter, egg and salt. Press about 1.3 of a cup potato mixture with the back of a spoon firmly in the bottom and up the sides of 8 greased 6 ounce custard cup or use muffin pan. Place custard cups on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. CAREFULLY break 1 egg into each potato nest. Pour 1 tablespoon half and half OR milk over each egg. Bake 15-18 minutes longer or til eggs are desired doneness. If needed, loosen edges of nests with a knife to loosen from pan. Lift out of cups or muffin pan using 2 forks . Place on serving plate.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;~When I  make rhis I sprinkle a little chesse on top when the egg is almost cooked.~&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
