It has been with me for nearly 20 years &amp; two homes! Have I lost it or should I wait a while &amp; just trim out the brown in the hopes that it will come back?</P> <P>Also all my lavender is now brown/grey with no green at all. Can I cut them down, or again should I wait?</P> <P>I live in central NC.
