I just found about a dozen or so "baby" potatoes that I meant to eat but haven't gotten around to. Most of the eyes have sprouted and I'd like to save them till spring and plant them. But I can't figure out how--or whether or not I can--stop the growth till spring.

Anyone? Anyone?
