    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several peony bushes that are probably close to 20 years old.  For the last two years they have produced probably a hundred buds, but all but a few never open and flower.  Is this a weather issue, or do they need some nutrients?  They have flowered beautifully every year except for the last two.  Are they worn out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
