Hello, I am not the most experienced gardner and I know some of you really are, so please steer me in the right direction. Last year I bought some sort of a hardy rose shrub from Costco. I planted it in a container rather than the ground. Over winter I kept the container in the garage. It shows no signs of sprouting anywhere but the stem is still strong and prickley. How can I tell if its coming back, I could use the planter, so how much time should I give this baby??? thanks!
