Received Wrong Color Plant

Received the hydrangea plant I ordered from Roberta's and I received the wrong color. I ordered white and received a flaming pink. At least that is what the tag in the plant says. I have my garden planned and want the white I ordered, not flaming pink. How is this handled? I emailed the social team but no response as of yet. Disappointed.

@Biftu The hydrangea should have come with a growing guide. On the guide you will find a phone number and email in a paragraph like this:

We aren't happy if you aren't happy. If you have any questions regarding your order please call us at
1-765-525-4065 during the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm EST.
You can email questions to us at: customerservice@robertasinc.com.
If your bulbs, cuttings, etc. do not sprout, or your plant dies within one year from the date of shipment,
we will send you a replacement free of charge. We cannot accept responsibility for losses due to
extreme weather or neglect. Simply call us at the above toll tree number or fill out the plant replacement
form on our website at RobertasUniqueGardens.com.
Roberta's will replace it with a similar or comparable plant at no charge. If your replacement is not
available or it is too late in the season to ship, it will ship the following year.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago.

I called customer service and told her what happened, I was refunded the full amount including shipping.
QVC doesn't want the plant returned.

I would just plant it, and enjoy the gorgeous colors. You can just move it to another section in the garden. Hopefully they will send you a white one as a replacement this year or next year, and you can add it to the tableau.

Hydrangea flowers can change colors depending on the soil acidity and the season's weather.

I bought several hydrangeas from Home Depot a while back, and they were cheaply priced, healthy, and are now higher than my waist! The flowers they have are fabulous, but every year is a little different. The blooms are just starting to form now.

I just a refund from QVC for 6 strawberry plants that arrived DOA.

Call them for a refund and reorder the color you want. Today Roberta's had hydrangeas on sale.

@DesertdiAin't that the truth. I can say for Certain that it can show up at least a few generations later.

Found Great Great Grandad's photo and saw "Spitting Image" in effect. Looked at the picture then looked over at dear brother and it was the SAME person. Even down POSITION they were both standing in!
