They are available on Etsy or Logee's. Sometimes called Thanksgiving Cactus because that is when they tend to bloom. Also sometimes called Gold Charm (Schlumbergera hybrid).

OMG---absolutely gorgeous and I want it!! I have a very pale yellow one called Limelight. I just pinned this photo to use as my wallpaper on my phone!!!!
