I know rabbits will eat your plants but this year has to be the worst I have ever saw.I planted African tall marigolds flowers in my vegetable garden to keep pests away. After a couple days all that was left was the stems only. Someone gave my wife a beautiful red rose plant. Same thing just stems left allso. I never saw it this bad .

Yes rabbits and deer are having a feast in my yard !

First, when we got back from FL for the winter, the deer had eaten the lower portion of each and every arbor vitae ! The plant/ tree service explained that have a spray....so they will do this service this year.

last year, the rabbit(s) ate the one huge hosta plant off the front porch. This year I started out with a "deer and rabbit spray" from Home Depot. It had been working all through the warm weather and during the rainy days. I got lazy and said I would spray it the next day....when I went on "Plant Patrol," it had had an appetizer. I drenched the hosta as well as the four Lily plants opposite it because it had nibbled several flower buds.

DH also set up a plastic wire fence remnant that enclosed those plants.

The spray has been working. The spray now has to be done less frequently per spray bottle directions.

We planted some (badly needed) grass on the area nearing our side door.

It grew beautifully but then all of a sudden disappeared! It was those sweet, wiley wabbits! Bless them, they were welcome to it.
