@ahoymate - There is more than one variety and color. Maybe original pic is more than one grown together. Very colorful.

Yes, I know clematis come in various colors and they can change colors. But to me, this looks like some artifical plant not the real deal.

It looks like a flower show display to me. At least four types of clematis grouped closely together for a display. It's not something you'd typically see in the real world. Clematis don't like to share root space, so my best guess would be they have each individual plant in a separate planter under the trellis.

As to the title "Spring will come." March is the big transition month here in South Jersey. We start out March with snow still a very real threat and end the month with life exploding everywhere. It's that rare month where you need both a snowblower and lawn mower. Up until the middle of the month, you need to be ready for snow then like magic, the weather warms enough that snow is no longer a real threat and the grass starts to grow like wild and needs the first mowing. It's maybe the strangest month we get here in NJ. The transition from winter to spring is pretty dramatic. You go from heavy parkas to light jackets in March.

Beautiful! I have a lite purple clematis that covers the lattice on the entire side of my porch and blooms twice a Summer. This pic is stunning! Makes me want to get some dirt under my nails.

It is very much becoming springy---around my neck of the woods--WA state, the west side--birds are chirping before dawn, frogs croaking at night--the pink magnolia tree outside my window is now showing some color. Got ducks staring to pair off near the ponds at my apt complex--a little chilly yet but has been sunny and in the 50's lately. Now there are hundreds of geese flying over head in a v shape- and got 3 hummingbirds fighting over the feeder---little piggies----love this time of year--need to plant my salad greens!!!
