      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Technically....but here in CT, it usually doesn't really arrive until at least mid-April...and that's when we don't get a blizzard in March or April! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;But who knows...it's random up here, from milder winters to long drawn out into April winters....we'll see....I mean, groundhog DID say 6 more wks of winter!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Either way, it's fun to be looking forward to it right now, and already dreaming about Springtime, and gardens of flowers 🌺 🌼 🌷&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Meantime....we may escape to Florida again one more time, hopefully! 😎 🌞 🤞&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;What a Gorgeous garden! &amp;nbsp;I am in CT also, and we have big yards (very rural, wooded), due to septic tanks and wells, so can't fence it in. And therefore, the deer and groundhogs make gardening a challenge! Very limited to the plants they don't eat, Daffodils, hellebores,butterfly bush, hummingbird mint, foxglove- Anything else I have to spray constantly to protect! But I have fun anyway!
