      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this phlox the tall plant like ‘David’ cultivar or the low groundcover variety?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your ground isn’t frozen, you can probably transplant either now. I just moved some bachelor buttons this week into a new area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Florida has a 'roadside phlox' that is planted in many areas along the highways and they bloom every Spring.&amp;nbsp; They are so pretty.&amp;nbsp; They are not perennials, they reseed every year.&amp;nbsp; Only get less than a foot high!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
