You can edit the scent for future TSV auto delivery

First I never realized that you could convert a one time order to auto delivery. I was going to place an order, and saw it was an option to convert the one time order I already got to auto delivery. I figured why not since I can cancel anytime if I decide I don't want it (yeah right)

I also discovered that you can edit the scent for your future auto delivery date online.

First go to The edit this plan button that is on the right-hand side of the order page.

then at the bottom of the page you can edit future shipments, using the button on the right.

There is pop-up box that allows you to change the scent

Sept tsv Auto Delivery thread maybe a page back and this was Wen Dooters response:

Thanks for asking that great question The real answer is no but here's why... Team WEN must make the products quickly so you can get your next shipment. If people change formulas it's like herding cats. Which is something I'd love to try.

Yep, I don't do it because I might take one claimed by someone else who ordered it up front but had a later delivery date because she opted to push ann additional delivery date out or because I ordered in advance of the TSV date

I'm curious to see how this my work out. Like ChynnaBlue said, I'm not making any changes to mine. However, it seems like QVC has made some upgrades (maybe??) to their A/D system. Recently, I received an email on an itCosmetics AD that I forgot to skip. In the past, CS has always said that once an item is in process, it can't be cancelled (not sure if correct, maybe someone else can confirm). This time, it allowed me to cancel it online, and I received an email confirming the cancellation.

Hopefully, QVC will have their system straight so that people will be guaranteed to receive what they originally ordered. I will not be a happy camper if someone "steals" my TT set on A/D 😤

@DoxieMomma - I just did the same thing - I had an item that said in process and I was able to cancel (thank goodness because I forgot to do it sooner) and got an email confirmation as well

I don't know why QVC's order system can't "lock in" orders on a 1st come, 1st served basis for auto-deliveries. Since I ordered TT on AD first, someone else shouldn't be able to get my next shipmient unless I skip/cancel it!

A lot of people change their flavor/color/scent, whatever, just because they CAN...they have no idea they are "taking" someone else's order, so to speak. I know I didn't realize this myself until the discussion came up during Gallons Month.
