      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I made a few purchases on Chaz's site like I usually do but he switched to something called ...uniuni.&amp;nbsp; I called, the person barely spoke English, lied to me and hung up on me.&amp;nbsp; He kept "harumphing" and getting annoyed at my questions about my orders.&amp;nbsp; He said it has to go through customs.&amp;nbsp; Hello?&amp;nbsp; Something I bought in the US?&amp;nbsp; I tracked it and it's only a few miles from me but no gots.&amp;nbsp; I Googled them and saw on Reddit that this entity is the pits.&amp;nbsp; I can't believe it.&amp;nbsp; I feel like I've been thrown to the wolves.&amp;nbsp; I never got a heads up, I had to email them a few times to get help on how to track, the site's a mess.&amp;nbsp; So I won't be buying from him anymore.&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't come to the Q I'll use another brand.&amp;nbsp; I'm very disappointed.&amp;nbsp; I asked the mail man if he ever heard of them he did not.&amp;nbsp; I never heard of them.&amp;nbsp; Maybe Chaz is starting global shipping.&amp;nbsp; I love how QVC gives you a boat load of choices of shipping.&amp;nbsp; Chaz did not.&amp;nbsp; I don't take it personal I just take it as I do not want to baby sit orders.&amp;nbsp; The Q gets it to me in two days.&amp;nbsp; I choose the shipping method.&amp;nbsp; Wow.&amp;nbsp; I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Never heard of Uniuni.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I frequently order from Chaz directly for things QVC doesn't carry. I have never had the problem you are describing. One time last year I got someone else's order, and when his Customer Service explained why/how that happened, I totally understood,but that's nothing like what occurred to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting things from California to the Pacific Northwest is almost always a straight shot with quick delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you might not be using WEN anymore if you can't get what you want on QVC. &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; You have always been a big proponent of Chaz and his products.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What I meant to say is that they did let me know when these order went out.&amp;nbsp; Again...one went UPS the other two went UNI.&amp;nbsp; They didn't send me a tracking number.&amp;nbsp; I had to ask twice because the one time being unfamiliar with UNI the UNI site is just a mess so it was hard to navigate.&amp;nbsp; They then sent me hyper links now I can track.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;World Traveler, thank you for understanding.&amp;nbsp; My husband said next time just call if you're gonna place orders and make sure it goes out the right way and by the way OP, they were using FedEx not UPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UPDATE.....today is Sunday and I checked the status.&amp;nbsp; It said out for delivery and I got it.&amp;nbsp; The other order is lagging behind because like I said I ordered it after the one I got because of availability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now.&amp;nbsp; I think UNIUNI is just a learning curve and I think I may have jumped the gun and yes trust is hard to come by.&amp;nbsp; UNI was founded in 2019 I think and that's not very long.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do believe if Chaz is using them and he is, they must be okay.&amp;nbsp; If I shook anyone up I apologize.&amp;nbsp; You can use UNIUNI with confidence.&amp;nbsp; It's gonna take getting used to.&amp;nbsp; They are global so they are what I would consider extremely full blown and the site is very busy.&amp;nbsp; You must read it carefully and I was lacking in this.&amp;nbsp; I'm so used to Fedex and UPS.&amp;nbsp; I had to teach myself how to use this new entity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping and pretty confident that the other package will reach me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Now for the good news...I just got the new Southern Magnolia in the styling creme and although I already took a shower but put my hair up in a bonnet I raked a bit through my dry hair and WOW.&amp;nbsp; Smells fabulous and gave hydration and no weighting down.&amp;nbsp; Again....if I shook anyone up I'm sorry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
