December Gallons NOT SHIPPING!!!

I received an email from QVC today that they don't have stock to ship the auto-delivery gallons this month. They are "trying" to get stock but, if not, they will send another email with your order canceled! Anyone else get this email? I sent a message to Chaz on Instagram for an update, not sure if he'll respond. There will be a LOT of unhappy customers.......

Go to chazdean.com. He has a 40% off sale until the end of December. Free shipping over $100.00. The sale and free shipping includes gallons. I just received my gallon yesterday. By the way, his sale price is cheaper than QVC. Shop quickly, time is running out. Sign up for his email while you're there. He will let you know when he has sales. Happy shopping!

My pleasure. I am a loyal WEN user and would hate to run out. Chaz usually has several sales during the year. I saw another forum member who said his shipping was slow. I sent an email wondering why my order hadn't shipped and they responded that they received many orders since Black Friday and were a bit overwhelmed, but they were getting things out as quickly as possible. I placed anothet order which shipped right away.

You'll get great service. They work directly with him. I always do this. They actually know me by first name. They're very sweet and helpful.
