Heads up to check your Wen gallons. I got a clearly well used return with no seal, padding, product missing, and no travel size sample.

My pumpkin gallon came fine but no travel sized product…just a sample of the face scrub.

Anyone else get used product? Also, how do I tell the expiration date on the gallons? Thank you! Want to be sure it’s not old product.

I'm not a constant Wen user, but so many complaints on old product. Rush, almost gone, hurry up, low inventory, and you get a used gallon? They should refund you and NOT make you return it. Sorry this happened to you.

The only product I use daily is the hydrating mist. I love it! I have it in so many scents. I love peony, winter vanilla mint, spring lilac, honey peach, cranberry mint. I mostly get it on eBay. Seems they have more off seasonal than the Q and good prices.

Well, that's a pain. I hope you called customer service about it. They used to not want liquids returned, but I don't know what the policy is now.

Unless it's in code, to my knowledge there is no expiration date printed on the products.

I did call customer service. They will send me a new one when I return the used one.

I hope they aren't making you pay shipping back. It's pretty bad you won't get the new one until they get the used one back though. I get why but still lousy.
