Talk to me about the Mousse & Styling Cream

I use Wen but about 10++ years ago I go tthe styling cream in mouse in a set and I recall I didn't care for it so I never used it and never reordered. I use a couple of Aveda products for my leave in styling products.

I do use all other Wen, treatment mist, hair mask, oil a couple times a week, I was just in to have my hair done and they were all raving about how healthy my hair was especially for my "age".

Anyways, back to the mousse and styling cream. My hair is about to my bra line, it's fine in texture but I do have a good head of hair, I typically blow my hair dry and then add some curls to it. The products I use now help my curls last longer. Please tell me what you like or dislike from the mousse and styling cream, it's been way too long now for me to remember why I didn't like it.

I'm thinking about grabbing it while it's on a grea duo price and I know I can just return it if I don't like it, I just hate the return fees!!! Ugg (Why I love the big Amaz with it's free returns and Nordstrom too)

When I am using my Wen I always use the mousse on my damp hair. My hair is short and naturally curly so in my case it give the curls definition and helps them to stay in place as they can get unruly at times. I don't really use the styling cream as I never found it made a difference for me.

@SandGirl i always use styling creme. it's important for heat protection, reduces frizz and adds shine.

I use both and definitely see a difference if I skip either. I use 10 pumps mousse, followed by 2 pumps of styling creme + 1/2 pump Enhancing Defining Treatment Creme, which gives my curls even more definition than without it. I then add my leave-in and either air dry or diffuse. I prefer to diffuse because the volume really gets amped up.

After drying I add a little dollop of the Smoothing Treatment creme + 2 squirts of glossing serum to finish off my look.
