Wen packaging question?

I just received my Wen spring TSV .

The safety seal on 2 of the 3 bottles was off the bottle and in the lid.

Has this happened to anyone and do you thing that the product is a return?

I'm hesitant to use.

@Ro I usually go by the rule..."If I'm not comfortable with it...send it back". Even if some of the other shoppers say yes it has happened to them I would still be sketchy about using it. Even more so since you were sent one that was properly sealed.

If the seals are broken I would send it right back. They are there for a reason.
