Hi, SurferWife. I was wondering. Did the TSV shipping issue get cleared up? I hope so. I was telling my husband about it. Anyway, I love SFF too! I went for the Cleansing Conditiioner/NBT duo in that. I just got it yesterday. I had my other one for almost a whole year. I just had to have another. It's one of my top favorites too! I just kind of cherry pick which NBT to use after my shower in the morning so it lasted. Chaz made so many lovely ones! I'm glad you love it too.

No, because of the fragrance sample included, QVC would not ship it to HI. No exceptions. Chaz's CS couldn't do anything about it either (which I never expected that they could).
