Spring Scent Lovers.....

On Chaz's fan page I saw the TSV. three 32s'. Fresh Floral, Orange Blossom and wait a minute, I forgot...Oh, and Honey Lilac. Looks like all three. I AM IN!

I so enjoy the Orange Blossom and I LOVE the Fresh Floral. The Lilac one I don't go in raptures but I'll take it. It'll still make my hair amazing!

How about dat! CANNOT WAIT!!!!!! Hopefull QVC does free shipping for our Wen girls that are a bit far by distance! XXOO

@77yangya - oh, that is a bummer for me. I'm just finishing a gallon of SOB and still have a 32 oz bottle remaining, SHL is nice but it isn't a wow for me, and I'm too afraid to try the flower scented one as floral scents tend to bother me.

However, I'm sure Chaz will have lots of goodies for us to get excited about.

Isn't it odd that he would have Spring scents as the TSV and not Winter? Just curious.

I think he is offering all the seasons. I thought I heard Chaz say on Periscope that the TSV would be a set of 3 @ 32 oz seasonals. $79 and change. (SOB, SHL, SFF) or (FGP, FTP, FFA) or (WVM, WRC, WWF) or (SHP, STP, SMM) are the choices.

Hi, Riley1, yes, I thought the same thing, odd that he would offer all spring scents but I did not know he was offering all the others in sets of threes. Now, this is gonna be a hard choice to make. I'm gonna have to think on this real hard! LOL! Anyway, yes, I'm sure Chaz will have lots of goodies to go nuts over, and I will, without doubt. I'm hoping too that he'll bring the Bella facial stuff to the Q too, this way I won't have to get them one at a time. Hopefully he'll bring them in duos. Can't wait though!

The Spring line is usually available starting with March. Chaz plans to be at QVC on March 10, if not sooner, and I suspect he will have his Spring selections available for his presentation then.

Typically the WEN seasonal offerings switch over at the beginnings of months, quarterly, so since Winter scents arrived on December 1st, I expect Spring formulas on March 1st. Chaz and QVC seem to go by meteorological seasons, not astronomical seasons, or they'd switch on the solstices and equinae. Since most people don't track those, they use the societally common markers for when seasons start and end.

This thread that I started is old. I saw Chaz with the TSVs that we had when he was here in December. He offered all four seasonals. I thought only the spring ones were offered until I saw all four. I got the winter and summer TSV on auto delivery. It was a tough decision but I thought two TSVs with all the other stuff would be okay. I went for the Big Deal too! I went back and got two 32s of Pomegranate. ug boy!

I'LL just put this right here - I just went into my autodelivery of this TSV and went to the next shipment and you can change scent - despite them saying we couldn't!!!

So what this means basically is they got me for double my money three times over cuz what I would have done was just get one set and switch scents each AD - but instead I bought both sets I wanted - so I know come April and then again in August I will not be able to decide again and I will go ahead and order two sets again!!! Tricky QVC!!!! LOL

It has been posted on this forum many times why there is a discrepancy between whether or not you can change formulas on auto delivery.

Chaz requests that you don't and has mentioned why on previous presentations. They have to manufacture so far in advance that if people change what they originally ordered, then someone who really did want the same thing may not get it because other people changed formulas. It has caused quite a stir over the years.

I have been one of those people who has lost out because others changed the formula and when it came to me receiving my original order again on auto delivery, I was told that it was sold out.

I asked Chaz about it one time when he was cutting my hair. He said QVC hosts continue to say you can change formulas and he gently tries to let people know that it causes problems and there are no guarantees you will get what you thought you could get.

His suggestion to me was to get more than one of an item that will be on auto delivery, to ensure I get exactly what I want. I have done that for the past two years now, and that way I get the same price, no worry about not getting what I ordered on auto-delivery, and if it was free shipping only on the first order and not the subsequent orders, I got the free shipping anyway.

Works for me!

Hi, World Traveler, yes, I think you're right. You cannot change. I heard them say it on one of the shows when the TSV was presented. That's okay with me though. I get two that's TWO sets. I know some probably got the whole kaboodle but I got alot of other stuff so two it was. I get the winter and summer. The only real draw for me out of the spring one is the Fresh Floral one. I have a half NBT left in that. That is one of my top favorites. I think to change would be way to confusing besides the facts about having enough manufactured without too much left over. My husband works in IT and has to deal with customer service from the IT end so he gets it if I slip.

@World Traveler - Thank you for posting this. Yes, the hosts keep saying you can change the scent and I have heard Chaz explain why it may cause problems down the line.

I too have not received an order or two just like you. Frustrating for sure.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Ok so it sounds like I did the right thing then by ordering the 2 AD sets I really wanted. I’ll leave them as is!!!

I’m already pretty glad I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered all of the seasonal SCs I wanted before they sold out (trio of WVM, summer trio & fall trio). That should last me quite a while since I only use one pump a day.
