I'm sure we all get the invitation to post a review after ordering directly from Chaz's website.

And lately I've had 2 or 3 invitations to give feedback/suggestions re the WEN website itself. I figured we're all getting that one too.

But I'm taking a poll here about a third type of email from Chaz's.

They forwarded a question from a WEN shopper to me, and asked for an answer.

First, I figured it was a mistake. Then I thought maybe it's a new feature, sort of like two WEN customers chatting over WEN.

I don't remember her exact question, just that it was about SGGT. I sent a reply.

Now I've gotten a second question. This from a curly girl asking if she can get a specific effect from the Bella define & enhance.

Is anyone else getting these customer questions yet? I think they're tied to buying, then submitting a review on Chaz's site.

@x Hedge I get emails from Home Deport for items that I purchased a few years ago. One was in regards to a ceiling fan I purchased, and apparently someone had a question about it, so I got the email asking if I could answer the question that another customer had.

I just deleted the email.

The "fell free" typo was on the first question too.

this looks exactly like the type of emails i get from amazon..... after i have reviewed an item.

my guess is is that WEN has their customer feedback and questions set up this way on the website once you have left a review.

@x Hedge. I received both E-Mails you described. The Defining Treatment Creme was my first purchase from Chaz's Website. I didn't answer either e-mail because I only had this creme for a couple of days and had nothing to offer. I wondered about these coming so soon but this was my first experience with his website.

Would you like to be able to ask someone who's not employed by WEN about their results using a particular product before you buy it?

@riley1 , I get the impression yangya frequently orders direct from Chaz.

My first email arrived after submitting reviews there. Do the questions you get relate to reviews you've done there?

If @yangya writes reviews at Chaz's, she's probably been getting these.

Any time that I contact them with a question they ask if the service was satisfactory but I don't click in links in emails so I email them back with my answer but I've never seen one like that. Drythe is kind of right. I would just delete it. I delete anything suspicious.

@x HedgeThese e-mails made me a little uneasy. I ordered on 08/14, received the curl creme on 08/20 and the first e-mail with the question about the wet look came on 08/22 with the e-mail asking for a review on 08/27. That's just not enough time to get familiar with most new products I would review.

I prefer information from this WEN Forum. I've been reading these forums long enough to have a feel for credible posters with answers that resolve most of my questions and then provide good advice for questions I did not think to ask. The input from many regular WEN posters is invaluable for new items plus the products already in my WEN stash. I have learned a lot from your many posts and I appreciate the time and patience you contribute for us.
