Wen Gallons Auto Delivery

Has anyone experienced problems getting your second gallon? I still haven't received my Fig gallon. I've chatted with them and they said it's a problem with the vendor. Told me it would ship in ten days. Still nothing. I received the Cucumber Aloe but no Fig yet.

I've been having trouble with their shipping. One of my ODO"s is lost. I ordered it in November and still haven't gotten it. Oh, yes, I got the wrong items in the box, sent that back for exchange of correct items, they got it back I never got my correct items which they said were sent out on the 15th today is the 29th. I guess I'll never get that one. I'm just tired of going on the merry-go-round with them. It's a shame too because I NEVER used to have probelms with that and I've been a Q customer for years. My husband heard me on the phone and lept into action and balled them out, did not cut ice! LOL! I really don't even care. When I get my second wind, I'll begin round five with them on the phone. QVC really went down when they absorbed HSN and then started handing things off to the post office from UPS. My postal service is TERRIBLE. We get our mail at 6:30 to 7:00 pm! No accountability

Hello! I just had a problem with my summer kit on auto delivery. My 2nd shipment was supposed to ship out in November and it just never did! I called QVC and they had no idea why it didn’t ship out.

On the the same topic, has anyone received their 2nd shipment from the September TSV, the Red Currant kit? Mine was supposed to ship out Dec 15 but still hasn’t. It just keeps changing dates. I guess the stock isn’t ready yet?

Speaking of stock, all WVM CC and stying items are out of stock on QVC, they are supposed to be back by Jan 24 now, at first they told me by the end of Dec.

I broke down and ordered a 32 oz bottle of Fig since I'm out from Chaz's salon and it still hasn't shipped either. Usually if I order from his website it ships out right away and I'm in California so I usually receive it in a few days. It's been several days since I ordered it and I'm still waiting for it to ship. Strange that so many products are unavailable. I've been using Wen for about 5 years and never had this problem before. I tried to order a gallon from his website but it listed it as unavailable.

@maui512 I had that happen once or twice when ordering from Chaz's site and there was a glitch in the system so you may want to try to email them and ask for a status update.

Funny thing, it showed up today. Not my gallon from QVC but my 32 oz from Chaz. Never got an email saying it shipped but it's here so I'm happy I have some Fig now. Frustrating thing is QVC can't tell me why my gallon hasn't shipped. They say a vendor problem but they don't know what the problem is. I'm afraid they will cancel it. The vendor knows how much to make so I don't get it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@maui512 I haven't received a shipping confirmation/tracking number for my last two or three orders from Chaz's website. They only provide it to me when I email them to find out if they shipped it. At least it arrived!

My order from Chaz's site had no shipping tracking but I got it in a decent amount of time. I got the lip scrub and the one with no tint. my lips CANNOT believe it. NO chapping or cracking anymore. It's amazing and the lip scrub tastes really nice, I couldn't help getting some on the taste buds. It's amazing. Glad I got it.

@maui512 In early Dec I went to order a seasonal Gallon from the salon and was surprised to see it unavailable. They said not until January! So I know Chaz must be having some manufacturing issues and the Q must not be fibbing about that. As it turned out, the WRC did become available a couple weeks later but there are definitely some issues going on. Plus now I am debating not getting a whole gallon so it may be a snooze, you loose kind of thing. I hope this issue is not ingredient based rather than just a snafu or short-term facility problem.

Hi Kjelle, quite some time ago, when Chaz rolled out Wen Men EDP, there were issues with the whole thing because of ingredients. I did see that some of the key ones are hoarded by the big boys. I love my Wen Men EDP, however it's a bit lacking in the tahitian vanilla note. There is another note that I don't know the name of that seems to be abscent too. I do still love my EDP. I use it mixed with 613 to try to make it like the CC.

It just looks to me like a harbinger of things to come. I hope I'm wrong.

@maui512, I think it's unlikely that Chaz would alter the formulas.

Reading this thread, I wondered if Chaz might be experimenting with smaller, but more frequent batches of formulas. The ones that are only available 3 months out of the year.

Hi Hedge, I believe 100% that Chaz would never offer anything unless he knows it's right. It's just that if certain ingredients are not available, that may be beyond what anyone can do about it. Some extracts from plants may take a long time to grow and be ready for "extraction". Is that a word? Yeah, it is. I think. Anyway, that's my educated guess. LOL!

@77yangya, I wasn't referring to ingredients. There have been a rash of posts recently, that started as a question, but seem to have escalated to spreading confusion & discontent, and attempting to damage the Wen brand.

I don't think anyone on here is trying to damage the Wen brand. When issues come up and people can't get answers speculating occurs. I would say maybe If they gave us answers to what's going on that would solve it.
