Winter Red Currant

Has anyone received their Winter Red Currant products yet? I ordered the set of Replenishing Treatment Mists and am anxious on everyone's thoughts of the smell. Hopefully it is good!

I just ordered the 16 oz size so that I could try it before I purchased a larger size or any other items or kits. I also really hope that I really like it.

I would love to read the reviews if anyone receives it before I have a chance to try it.

Hello! Mine are near, must be today or tomorrow it should arrive. I got the styling creme in it too from Chaz's site on black Friday. I found the 319 mousse is really amazing too. I got that on easy pay. The really amazing find is that Light NBT Chaz has on his site. I'm hoping he puts that in 20oz. I kept checking it out over and over and bam! Black Friday sale I got it and it's amazing. You don't need any perfume when you apply it and the results are beyond amazing. It's really funny because I tried the perfume and did not really care for it and returned it but this NBT I really love it! Hoping he brings it to the Q. I looked up what red currant smells like and what I read, well, I'm thinking it'll smell great.

@77yangya I love the Light fragrance and also hope Chaz will have the NBT available on QVC soon - I will definitely buy it! Can't wait until Friday!

From one of the comments on Wen FB post when someone asked if this is similar to WCM..... reply was : Fresh, crisp, sweet, same family, but different. Notes of red current very prominent with sweet undertone (not mint like the cranberry).

Well areet, well aroot, well Awright!!! Just kidding. Hey, thanks for the post, it gives us some insight! I was thinking the labels are a bit similar but I'm sure they'll be a difference. Chaz was just scoping and I got to see Adeea's sister who will be standing in because of Adeea getting married. There's another lady whose hair is all straw-y and damaged and we will see their transformation!! Adeea's sister is Alanka, if I'm spelling it right. They look very much alike and have the same kind of hair.

They don't seem that simiiar to me ingredient wise. WCM doesn't have heavy florals or spices like in the WRC. The clove, patchouli ( which is number3 on the extract list), Bergamot, geranium and the citrus also.

Mine came today! I am loving on first smell. I smell the currants, rose and some type of greenery. It is a heady combo. I cannot wait to use it and see how it blooms.

It is more floral than his other winter scents, which I like. It is a good one. I would buy the EDP for this one too.

Thanks @jaxs mom for posting the ingredients. I see honey!!! My hair is loving all of the products with honey so this may be another win for me. I also see quite a bit of citrus so hoping for a nice citrus hint in the scent.

@cosmic1...well, you got me at Rose. I'm a floral girl! I was going to skip the December TSV AD from last season, but I think I'll keep it active now!

Thanks @cosmic1 for the review. I don't really like floral scents but I really wanted to try this formula. Mine has already shipped and I imagine that I will have it in a few days. I hope that I like it but if I don't I will still use it by mixing it with other formulas. I just wanted to try it before I purchased a larger size or any kits, etc.

This sounds interesting. Mine doesn't come til tomorrow. I'm also not a real floral girl so we'll see. Not like Chaz hasn't been known to surprise me!
