I just wanted to share my solution. The last bottle of 319 styling creme that I received is so thick that it won't even come up the pump. I have been just dipping out some until I got the bottle emptied enough to mix in my frankenbottle of styling creme.

Well, that was not working well either because it is too thick to come out of the bottle. My solution was to add FGP RTM to the bottle and shake it up. I kept adding until it became the right consistency, plus it smells great and satisfies my yearning for a FGP styling creme.

I am still putting it into the frankenbottle, because I know the pump works. I don't know if the thickness or the pump of the 319 bottle is the culprit. I just got my final auto delivery of 319, so I am thinking a nice bottle of WCM styling creme would be nice and I do have RTM...

Anyway, I thought I would share in case anyone else is having the same issue.

Mine too. I was rubbing it off the pump shaft pulling it out of the bottle. Now, since there is not much left in bottle, and therefore not much on pump's shaft - I just beat it out onto the palm of my hand! Keep the bottle upside-down for easier "beating".

That's so much work to go through to get a product to work. I see that a lot with Wen products. One would think you should just be able to use it without having to make a concoction out of it.

Well, I figured out it is the product because the pump didn't work on my frankenbottle, so I added more RTM and thinned it out so it would work.

I'm thinking because they didn't add the fragrance to the 319 that it is thicker.

sparklestar, sometimes I think it is because he is a private business that some of the stuff is just trial and error. Or, it may be by design so everyone can customize the product to suit themselves. I've found that with any hair products, I've made up my own concoctions to get them to work the way I want.

I am actually happy to discover this because I wanted to see if I could make FGP styling creme anyway.

I've only used one bottle of 319 SC so far and that one was definitely a challenge. I hadn't even finished half of the bottle when the pump stopped working. At first I thought it was just a bad pump so I contacted Chaz's customer service and they mailed me a new pump which was really nice of them. Unfortunately that didn't help and I still couldn't get the product out. Somehow the 319 SC must be a thicker consistency than the other SCs? I've never had this problem with any of the other SCs.
