I have reported these "people" that are deliberately attacking Chaz Dean and his products to the moderators MANY times. This is either:

1. Competition

2. Get rich quick scheme

3. Troll

4. Nothing better to do than to hurt innocent parties

PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER THESE KIND OF THREADS, LET IT STAND BY ITSELF NO MATTER HOW ENTICING IT IS TO DEFEND HIM. He does not need us to defend him. Let the post stand by itself and these slim bags will move on. It's like a robo call. They tell you do not talk to them because they know they have a live number. Just hang up without saying a word.

@77yangya I think the mods can do their job. They will deal with the posts as they come about. If you don't want to respond, then that's your choice. You'll have to let others make their own.

I had too, @77yangya, asked mods in the past to do something about these attacks on WEN - a product SOLD on QVC. Bad mouthing of QVC product happens on a Community Board platform supported, paid and run by QVC.

Which essentially means that profits made from sales of WEN products actually go into and PAY for the certain people's ability to trash WEN on QVC Boards!

Is not this really SOMETHING?!!!! QVC Product trashing and lies - ALLOWED!

Well, the Mods never reacted to my complaints and never really "moderated" any of the WEN-hate threads or comments in any way. It was always easily allowed for multiple Anti-WEN topics show up in great numbers!

What was interesting for me to note - the WEN haters could say just about ANYTHING in those threads, post ANY provocative often untruthful posts!

Interesting enough, posts in response to this non-sense VERY often got DELETED by Mods with a notations "this was argumentative"....... WHAT??? What about ALL anti-WEN posts? They were NOT argumentative for you?

I do not understand why Mods are so permissive towards Anti-WEN threads, and do not DELETE such provoking threads right away from the Opening Post, right from the start as "ARGUMENTATIVE".

I really-really wonder if the problem REALLY lies in fact, that QVC Top Management does NOT KNOW, what actually is going on on their Community Boards, paid by QVC, with the money made from sales of QVC products, such as WEN.

If Mods are so permissive of this stuff, I wonder WHAT QVC management thinks of it? Do you think they KNOW about this and still allow it???

People are entitled to their opinion of the products that are sold here, including Wen. Unless the poster is outside of the guidelines when they post I don't think there is anything wrong with someone posting a review or comment about a product that they are not pleased with for some reason.

I used Wen years ago when it first came out and it didn't work for me. I have tried a few Susan Graver items over the years and the never work right for me - either the sizing is off or I don't like the fabric so I won't order her items again. I have a couple of pieces of Logo and I always get compliments when I wear them but I know a lot of others don't care for the designs which is fine with me. We all aren't going to agree that every product is great.

Reporting people who post something negative about a product that you like but they don't seems childish to me.

Then, why do you object about WENNERs still responding negatively to these types of anti-WEN postings, and WENNERs continue NOT liking them still?

Maybe the product is not so innocent? I'd say it's questionable.

There are many, many threads critical of QVC products. That's a large part of our discussions here, critiquing products including the parts we don't like so much. We also have a review system that's not always favorable to Q products.

It may be not always posters fabricating these stories. A lot of it is done by crooked press for them and they only recycle over and over these half-truths, fibs, and unsubstantiated allegations of damage "caused by WEN"!

Media has the lowest rating in the polling today - a lowest credibility level EVER!

Personally, I have an issue with unchecked and uncorrected misinformation. The people that create the drama aren't the only ones reading these boards. As this is an open forum people that may be considering Wen also read them.

If they come here and read repeated unfounded claims never called out as such, what are they to believe?

Yes, I respond to these posts sometimes and I respond with truth so that anyone reading can weigh between fact and fiction. I would be lying if I said it doesn't get under my skin sometimes but I am married to a Marine and the mother of two confident girls, disagreements don't rock me. I have them all the time.

These reports and negative posts have made 3 friends that use the product frequently put it down, now claiming that their hair was thinning at the ends. I do not believe that that is was caused by Wen because they use relaxers, blow drying with high heat, and heat styling tools regularly. However, none of them complained of scalp issues or bald spots. The media hype has made them afraid of the product. I have friends that ask if I am still using it all the time. A friends sister who hadn't seen me in a while kept saying how beautiful my hair was and asked her sister what I was using. When I told her Wen for 2 1/2 years she was shocked because she stopped after seeing it on the news. I told her no issues here and as you can see I have more hair than ever. I hate to see people perpetuate the hype unnecessarily.

I have had chemical burns, allergic reactions to hair color, breakage from relaxers and/or styling tools, and burns from heat styling tools. I am not out there telling people they should not use hair color, relaxers, or flat irons. Furthermore, I am not suing the companies that made those products either. I'm allergic to several antibiotics and so is my son. I'm not out campaigning for them to be removed from the market, as they work effectively for others. I don't go out of my way to post about those products either. I just know I can never use them again and moved on. Everything isn't for everybody. It would be nice if others could just leave it at that. I find it nauseating that people keep coming here trying to rain on everybody else's parade.
