Conditioner Auto-Delivery &lt;/FONT&gt;has been cancelled.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and was told that "the vendor cant support the product any further"&amp;nbsp; I clarified by asking is this a QVC problem?&amp;nbsp; The CS rep said,"No, it is a vendor problem."&amp;nbsp; I stated," well that does not make any sense since the product is sold individually."       <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't know about that specific offering, but if it's an older AD, it could be that the vendor can no longer find a manufacturer to produce the set at the price they were once selling product to QVC and they decided to withdraw the set instead of charging more for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't been following WEN prices for at least a whole year because I'm so determined to use up&amp;nbsp; all my stash.&amp;nbsp; I fell off that wagon last year, but that's just not happening in 2016!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hop-e Chaz and QVC can find a way to get you what you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, things happen for a reason.&amp;nbsp; And the OP is trying to find out what that reason is.&amp;nbsp; Seems a fair question to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the 5 seasonals on A/D, but it was only the two shipments.&amp;nbsp; The next one is due to ship in about two weeks.&amp;nbsp; It will be interesting to see if I get an email!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33298"&gt;@Deanie﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;_ in the past, when people have called CS to change from, for example, seasonals to core, which they shouldn't do, it means the kit the person who changed their order receives is actually a kit that was slated for somebody else. &amp;nbsp;The vendor makes these months in advance, so if there are too many people changing or upping the quantities of their order, somebody else loses out. &amp;nbsp;I haven't heard a lot of complaints about people not getting their a/d of cores, so I think you might have fallen victim to this. &amp;nbsp;Sorry that happened to you! &amp;nbsp;I know that since some folks also cancel their a/d at the last minute this usually works out, but it looks like it didn't this time for you. &amp;nbsp;You might post here asking if anybody ordered the core set was going to cancel and arrange to buy it from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16137"&gt;@segrl21﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;_ I'm sorry your order was canceled. &amp;nbsp;Part of it is the Q's system...they often openly allow us to change formulas, and specifically allowed it on this particular a/d if I remember correctly. &amp;nbsp;And we're also allowed to up our quantities and cancel a/d. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure they must use some algorithm to predict it all at the outset when they're purchasing. &amp;nbsp;But in the end, either Q ends up with extra product or there are disappointed purchasers like you, and I'm sure it ends up both ways. &amp;nbsp;I like all the options, but don't like it when somebody ends up disappointed. &amp;nbsp;Maybe call CS to see if you can get a different formula like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/216055"&gt;@bebe777﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested to another poster up thread?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

One nice thing about GR you&amp;nbsp;can switch up what they send out. Stock up my coupons to get good discounts...and there are some good options on QVC. I'm more picky about my 1st cleanse classics, usually POM &amp;amp; TT, occasionally&amp;nbsp;LAV. Ordered FIG this week, wanting to try it out...but didn't order the classics in Dec TSV because not all of them work for my hair.&amp;nbsp;If the FIG works for my hair, may order the Classic &amp;amp; seasonals this Dec. Definitely&amp;nbsp;plan on doing the&amp;nbsp;same again&amp;nbsp;if he offers it this Dec.Then add on the fall TSV, plus I have a GR subscription&amp;nbsp;of cores. One nice thing about GR you&amp;nbsp;can switch up what they send out. Stock up my coupons to get good discounts...and there are some good options on QVC. I'm more picky about my 1st cleanse classics, usually POM &amp;amp; TT, occasionally&amp;nbsp;LAV. Ordered FIG this week, wanting to try it out...but didn't order the classics in Dec TSV because not all of them work for my hair.&amp;nbsp;If the FIG works for my hair, may order the Classic &amp;amp; seasonals this Dec.       <description>That is weird. I know that the Dec TSV only had 2 shipments in the A-D, so once my June shipment was sent, I was told the A-D was completed. However, it sounds like they are not honoring your 2nd shipment. That is wrong and they should honor that even if they have to eat a loss.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try and reach out to the Social Media team. They are extremely helpful.</description>
