Like Winamac, I have a problem scalp. Excema/seborrheic dermatitis. I do not use any WEN to cleanse other than once a week at most. The rest of the time I use a tea tree shampoo without sulphates (Trader Joes usually) or another clarifying shampoo without sulphates.

I do, however, use the 613 on my ends as a leave in. I use about a pea sized amount and run it through my damp ends and wring it out. I have had the same 16-ounce bottle in my shower for almost two years and finally at point that I could use a backup. I don't think I would get the 613 again, but the 316 TSV is tempting. The body cream seems pretty nice but I wish it didn't have so much silicone in it, otherwise I'd try it on my face

Any of you tried the 319 or 619 if you have this problem? Thanks

I haven't tried those 2, but I tried Tea Tree and Cucumber Melon. I could not use it. I had more itching. My derm told me to stop using it as I had a buildup and it was making my eczema/dermatitis work. These versions you are talking about may be ok, but I don't have experience with them. The several I tried, unfortunately, didn't work and exacerbated my condition. I have a problem scalp though.

The WEN shampoo that works for my dermatitis issues is WEN for kids. It took me a while to realize that the menthol wreaked havoc on my scalp no matter which "regu;ar" WEN I used. I know that everyone is different, though, but my scalp reacts to sulfate free shampoos that contain orange, lemon, rosemary, peppermint to remember a few.

I tried the 619 once, and honestly don't remember what it did for my scalp, but I definitely remember that my finer, highlighted hair became very dry. Not sure what the issue was. I have used the watermelon WEN for Kids with no problems. Recently ordered the apple, but haven't used it yet.

My derm suggested Selsun Blue which I do not like how my hair preforms and I really can not tell helps the scalp itch. I have been using Wen for years.

ripkajunkie, my derm several years ago recommended Selsun Blue, too!!!! OMG. Not only did my scalp hate it, but my hair was a mess after using it twice. So much for that great idea.
