Thank jtb. That worked, well would have worked. I'm on an old plan and it says my plan doesn't qualify unless I change plans.

My plan doesn't qualify. I need to go to the corporate store and discuss upgrading. I have a corporate discount and I can't figure out from their online information if the new rate is before or after my discount. If it's after, then changing to their new plans would cost me $5 more a month. If it's before, then I save about $3 a month.

It's not enough of a difference to make me make a special trip to get a straight answer. The 800# is useless.
